No they don't ALL do it, at least not the majority of the time, unless they feel like their club has a divine right to always win.
btw: It is a "big deal": a congratulation statement to Larne followed immediately by a cheap shot at the referee. Often referred to as a 'left-handed" compliment. A total lack of class!
