I do think Conte's lineup yesterday was to ensure players like Sess/Reggy/Dier/Skipp were healthy for the next two fixtures.

I’ve got no faith whatsoever that this lot will turn up and give the game a go. None. Why would I, the last few games against Chelsea and arsenal, our closest rivals, we’ve not laid a glove on them
Pathetic bunch of losers

Agreed. He knows the squad is thin in quality. We all knew at the start of the season as soon as one of the starting eleven were to be injured we would struggle.

He is prioritising the prem. Should have taken Kane and Moura off yday at some point to protect them.

That defence last night is up there with one of the worst I've seen at Spurs for a while and I'm surprised they only got in 3 times. It's the sign of the times when we're all hoping and praying that Dier makes the squad. That tells us a lot about where we are at the moment.

Son always turns up against that lot and will be a big miss. Going by the managers comments last night he won't be the only one.

Let's see who we can field. I'm edging towards a draw as it stands.

Yes it can quickly feel very different if we win the NLD. But if we should lose that game then it really has been a disaster week and I think pressure would fall quite heavily on Levy with us not having done anything in the transfer window yet. Fans will be very angry again.

Huge game this weekend. I never usually say I'd take a draw at home against any team, but I would this Sunday.

I'm taking my youngest boy to his first NLD. Please don't destroy his perception of this club Spurs.

Win on Sunday and things will look pretty good. I fancy us. With our first X1 we've been solid under Conte. Arsenal are no mugs, but they're generally weak in big away games.

Real shame Son is out, but thought Kane looked good last night. Will need a big game from him.

Chronic, I like your optimism, but Spurs will be up against a very average Arsenal side, and still probably mess up.

I am very concerned as well, about the managerial starting XIs. None of them make a lot of sense to me most games.

How can anyone seriously still keep putting the likes of Winks in their starting XI, and expect Spurs to win many games.

3-1 to Arsenal mate. Spurs have not beaten any half decent side in the Prem all season, other than City first game of the season, and Spurs seem to have a strange hold over them.

I am holding out zero hope of a win against a very average Arsenal side. Spurs have such a lack of quality right now, they will only beat the very worse in the Prem, and even that is usually a struggle.

Problem is if these results were happening under Jose and Nuno, most on the board would be rioting. Seems like different standards for different managers.

Well to be fair performances on the whole under Conte have been better than they were under Nuno in his short time. Still unbeaten in the league and the players look a bit better. The Chelsea games and Mura result haven't exactly been the norm.

Not many really wanted Jose because they realise he was past it, and he's proving that further with Roma, but nobody was rioting this far into his Spurs career and he was hardly doing that much better at the time. He was doing alright, like Conte is.

I’ll try not to swear so much if you’re got your lad 2 rows behind me

It’s our most important game of the season !!

Forget Chelsea and West Ham Arsenal are our real rivals

Let’s beat the South London mugs and go above them
