I only know the Manchester United board and travel makes me seasick so I stay where it’s safe.

8 people killed at the AFCON, and no one bats an eyelid.

I feel you watch way too much TV/many films.

That concept does not exist in this dojo

Anyone remember "Sliders"?

There was a French show about a flooded town and people returning from the dead that never finished.

some weird responses so far, apparently we're not allowed to watch tv if someone's died.

anyway:

V - I liked the reboot, was a bit surprised/peeved it was pulled so quickly, would happily rewatch both that and the original
twilight zone - the reboots of this have just got worse and worse, but the original episodes are c. 30% classic, and 50% pretty good
blake's 7 - seems like a good candidate for a remake, the original was really interesting, but had some quite ropey bbc 1970s fx
sapphire and steel - this was weird! found some episodes on youtube a while back
should probably rewatch dollhouse at some point, fairly recently rewatched lost (no idea why people got so angry about the ending), and am currently going back through the 2000s battlestar galactica

Was a great show. Suffered when they changed one of the girls in it. I rewatched an episode a few months back and I never remembered the ‘special effects’ being so bad. Made Sharknado look like Avatar

Les Revenants. Mogwai did the soundtrack. There were 2 seasons, but I only ever saw the first.

Was great though.

Loved Galactica.

V was rebooted around 2009 wasn't it? The last time United were good!

I think it got pulled because of how they produced the show. Something to do with the sets costing too much. I thought it was pretty good and had the always watchable Morena Baccarin in it.

As for one not mentioned I'd quite like a remake of Tripods - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0086818/ - which was partly filmed in the slate mines in my home town.

Ah really. I only vaguely remember it but have it down as being a bit of a classic. Unless I'm confusing it with something else the final scene with the gate is a classic

Great show. The spacecraft Buck flew is actually up for auction next month in Toronto. Better make sure you get your biddy, biddy, biddies in.

Off the top of my head:

V original series
Battlestar Galactica original series
Star Fleet
Street Hawk
The Greatest American Hero

Id like to re watch all the class Dr Who's but they cost a fortune to buy.

I'd also like someone to make remake Star Wars films:

Episode I, II, III, VII, VII, IX.

This time making sure they are not sheit.
