Ill give it a 5 1/2.
Last minute signings and unsure on the playersvwe brought in

I don't know anything about the player, but is it possible he might try to convert Kulusevski into a RWB, like we heard he was planning with Traore ?

Good article anyway, and agree that if these 2 players turn out OK and Conte's not too discontent then it's a decent January window.

Kind of bare minimum for me, although a ton of loans means those are all still Spurs players.

Can’t say I know anything about the two new boys, but like you said hopefully Conte wanted them and we should all give them a chance and hope they do well,

Don’t like that we’re always so lastminute.com, but that’s the Levy way,

From what I know of the two new lads, quality wise they don’t offer us anything more than what we’ve loaned out BUT, if they put the effort it, buy into the manager, team mates and coaches, and fit Contes system, then it’s a massive win for us.

Only time will tell…

Still can’t believe we didn’t buy a striker and a Centre back.

I bet we also made a profit .

I am reasonably happy with the window. It's a start, and some of the deadwood has been shifted, possibly £40 million for Dele would be a masterstroke by the club.

I have never heard of the two new players, but then I haven't heard of most modern players Spurs purchase, so no big deal.

These could turn into two very good signings. Throw them both in against Brighton, and let's see what we have got.

Next window a new CB, another quality midfielder and another striker, then I think Spurs will be set to challenge.

This window 7/10. Next window hopefully 9/10.

Im not even convinced the outgoings are minimal risk. For example, Ndombele price seems way too high, I reckon we will have him back in the summer trying to shift him again. Dele, seems like we could get anything between 0 and £40m, so possibly could lose a huge amount on him.

I can't pretend to know an awful lot about the 2 we have brought in. But I don't think it fixes the obvious weaknesses in the squad. January maybe isn't the right time to do this properly.

I think someone mentioned, we have possibly made a profit again in a transfer window. No one knows just yet as we don't have confirmed money in yet.

I don't see us as favourites for top 4 personally, but we can hope.

Dele only cost £5 million mate, and he has given Spurs plenty of great moments, so they cannot lose anything even if he went for pennies, which I doubt he will.

Decent window, my only fear is Davies..he's not great but if he gets injured we don't have a proper replacement.

The positive is we only play one game a week for the first time in ages at this point in a season so the squad should be more than fine.

Bergwijn can be Kane's back up. Has good hold up play and will bring other forwards into the attack.

I'm glad the window is closed. COYS!!!

Yea sorry I didn't mean actual profit, I mean his worth. Its quite possible he goes for free, or 10m. Which I feel is poor business personally.

I am just unsure whether the squad has even improved. It hasn't in areas we needed anyway.

Looks like we have trimmed some fat which gives us less to do in summer, and added some quality. Bentancur if he settles would be our best CM. Kulusevski is a bit more of a wildcard. Had a tough time at juve with Chiesa ahead of him but wasn’t he young player of the year the year before at Parma on loan? Got some talent about him and seems more robust than lamela etc when he first came over. Fancy them to make a good impact. Delighted we got rid of Gio, total waste of time that guy. Offers nothing.

I would give the window a B. 6.5 or 7 outta 10

The back ups for all three of our CB’s leave a lot to be desired. Davies himself is bang average.

I think this window has given us a great opportunity to really rebuild the squad in the summer. Squad still isn't perfect but that was never gonna be fully addressed in this window. I think the Ins/ Outs have probably given Conte a better opportunity to do his thing. I don't think it will be pretty but i suspect we might well get top 4 from here.

West Ham and Arsenal did nothing and United have their own issues what with Greenwood and now players like Lingard/ Henderson not getting their moves and question marks remain as to how committed the players are to a temp manager

I'd say Doherty, Tanganga, Rodon, and Gollini, replaced by upgrades in the summer whilst getting some form of striker and creativity in would leave us strong for next season and full season of Conte.

If these 2 hit the ground running and make the starting 11, then you can consider it a good window, but for now it’s a 5/10 for me, very average. Our squad has got weaker no 2 ways about it. Yes, agreed the likes of Ali and Ndombele never played, but they were still part of the squad. We got rid of 4 players and bought 2 = squad weaker. The only hope I have is these 2 hitting the ground running and making the 1st team, which makes our 1st 11 stronger but that’s hoping. Positives = none of the other top 4 challengers strengthened

It’s a classic ‘would’ve liked 1 or 2 more’ window for me. The business we’ve done is solid both in terms of ins and outs, and I think the two new guys should easily improve our first 11.

But there’s still a couple glaring weaknesses that we may regret not strengthening.

Probably a 6/10 for me.

I wanted a new CB and a quality midfielder, but it was not all going to be done in one window. I expect these positions to be addressed next window. But it is a start, and we can now look forward. Some of the wasters have gone, and a couple of new players come in, and they may be good players. Of course until we have seen them we won`t know. As I said throw them both in against Brighton and let`s see.

Faaack me I agree with Sandy.

Betancur is a masterstroke, the fact Villa wanted him as well confirms that for me as their recent signings on the whole have been very good. I am expecting him to form part of a 3 man CM with PEH and Skipp, we will be really solid in that position.

Kulu - I just don’t know, physically he is suited to the league and he has bags of talent, but I do worry he will take a long time to settle.

Overall, we have potentially created significant room in the squad and on the wage bill to buy properly in the sunmer. I suspend Tanguy won’t get a permanent move but Gio will, getting Dele out is a real bonus. Gil and Sarr will be back in the summer.

I think Conte will be content until the summer, it’s very obvious the club did what it could this window to back the manager and I suspect we will do similar next summer.

Top 4 is an absolute must, we have a huge week ahead of us.

I think the amount out to amount in isn't an issue. We don't have European football so there is less need to rotate the squad as much. I suspect Conte will focus on top 4 and not worry too much about the FA Cup.

I just worry about the quality we have brought in v who we have lost. Let's see.

That’s not the attitude I want to see mate with the club winning 1 measily league cup in 23 years dude. We have no distractions, I want to see us go all out for that FA cup and top 4. If f** Leicester can win the Fa cup, then why can’t we ? Sick of this defeatist club all the time when it comes to big games. Let’s go all out for top 4 and Fa cup, loads to play for and in our hands
