I've not seen anything in his play to suggest that Raul has lost anything in terms of his ability. I think the combinations up front just haven't quite worked this season, there was a period when the partnership with Hwang looked promising but it hasn't quite clicked with Podence and Trincao. But like DJ he's still one of the first names on the teamsheet for me if he's fit, we miss him more than Traore when he's not playing.

Chiquinho looked lively enough yesterday, he looked keen to be direct. Technically I think Trincao is better though.

Wouldn't mind seeing Podence behind a front two once Hwang is back.

As Gem says, Raul should stay in the middle more where he is most effective. When he drifts out and sends in a cross its hopeless because there is no one big enough to get on the end of it.
We need him to be in there to score which is his main purpose.

Chiquinho put in two great crosses yesterday which was very promising. Not seen many crosses that good this season. Now our forwards have to attack those balls.

Adama has been amazing

This game gives us our first chance to break into the top 6 this season. If Spurs fail to beat Southampton, a win against the gunners will see us leapfrog them both.
