TBF I’ve had an extremely busy morning. A failed tip run, and prepping a spiced pulled pork joint, which is going to be taco’s later. A spice rub to marinade overnight and 3h 40 in the oven. Should be good….

Meant to do a tip run this morning. Loads of stuff in the van, get there and they tell me my vans to high. I said I’ll park outside the barrier and carry stuff, just like I was allowed to last time I came. Not good enough for this jobsworth caant though and had to bring it all back home. Feckin council workers 😡
