Had the misfortune of reading the fox hunt dress code there - FFS stricter requirements than the Green Brigade!

I see the GB have been banned from the cup game at the weekend.

If the dog has it ears cropped at hme by an idiot then yes it can cause more infections. if its done correctly by a professional and antibiotics then no.

Dogs with floppy ears are more susceptible to ear infections. I will take the advice of Vets over a super indendent.

Most would lose their jobs for this. Wonder how West Ham will react.
Old ground but footballers are role models unfortunately
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Would you sack one of your most valuable employees for this? Not defending it just trying to put you in WH's position.

More a role model than Goodwillie tbf.

I'm not sure about this role model thing any more? For kids under 10 maybe but I think most these days are pretty sharp and pick up on stuff very quickly and most realise many footballers are pretty priikish?

It would be a decent debate tbh - who 'should' a kid's role model be? The obvious answer is their parent(s)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
yes , yes I would, in a heartbeat. This isnt about role models.

This is about a prik of a human being kicking the $hit out of a wee trapped animal and enjoying it and teaching it to others as being the right thing to do
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well I asked it of Lauders cos I know he has valuable employees and it was him that brought up role models.

Nice to know you want him to suffer a leg break though - classy.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
yup I do, id be very happy to see a skum bag get what he deserves. A horrible human being deserves horrible things to happen to them IMO.

He will be chased out and rightly so, people who attack animals (and pets at that) are horrible human beings. People who take joy out of deliberately harming animals for "fun" dont get punished anywhere near enough IMO.

Kicks and slaps that can easily break a cats ribs or leg.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Completely agree even though I'm a very laid back individual and utterly repulsed by violence against another human being but when I see cruelty to animals like this then it immediately triggers me into wishing horrible things beset the perpetrators of such cruelty.

Yes he has apologised for being caught but to me his actions and reactions in front of a child is nothing short of child abuse as well as animal abuse and the behaviour of someone with psychotic traits who is clearly mentally disturbed.

He needs some kind of therapy to sort his mindset out,
at least a 6 month ban from the game although the woman teacher who kicked and slapped a horse lost her job.
He needs to do a lengthy amount of community service at an animal/cat shelter with 6 months of his wages donated to said shelter before the public can forgive this man's evil behaviour and for him to be aware there is a consequence for such cruelty before he can make atonement for such an inhumane act.

Macca

I totally agree.

People who are cruel to animals have the traits of the worst in society. Not fit to own animals or have kids IMHO.

Fine him a month's wages and donate the money to animal charities.

I still don't understand Foxhunting. Chasing an exhausted animal for miles with 40 hounds and horses, then watching with delight as it's ripped to shreds by the hounds. Yeah brilliant.

I don't like cats as much as the next person, but I don't dislike them enough to harm them.

If you're capable of harming animals like that, you're capable of all sorts of cruelty. Horrible cvnt.

Yes Brilliant a bit of Karma and maybe whilst we are handing out such punishments we could send Jimmy Carr to a travellers community where he can perform his disgusting Holocaust joke in front of them and let's see how that unravels.

What?

Bloody awful “joke” and most would see it that way.

But now we want laws brought in to censure anyone who makes a “joke’ at a gig where the audience attend for the sole reason of listening to such stuff?

Great idea. Next some will want the government to tell us what to wear.

Haven’t we had enough government interference?

You are digging a hole and looking stupid. An ear can be cropped for trauma or tumour in exceptional circumstances otherwise it is illegal but we all know why animal abusers do it on both ears in a matched way. You don't crop ears for anything to do with infections, fact.

Tav was just an idiot that drifted into that story. It is OK to condemn him. Put the scarf down.

Majority of footballers shouldn’t be seen as role models. There are footballers that are proper role models like Rashford, Robertson, Mata etc.

But otherwise they’re just entertainers. Been a lot of footballers being shown to be sucmbags in last few months, and that’s just in England.
