Scrappy, rode our luck at times but those 7 signings are making a big difference. Changing the front 3 and keeping it fresh, Morley composure in midfield and his free kicks, the difference Trafford makes giving confidence to the defence. Would have lost that game before January.

I bet Charles doesn't miss many buses, even when he leaves it late he'll be leaning on the bus stop as the bus arrives.

Who'd have thought it a goal from a set-piece? Perfect delivery and just a glancing header into the net.
We could do with more of them.
Keeper, Fossey permanent, centre back, left back, holding mid, big lad up top(madine) Sheehan back be happy with the squad.
Going a bit mad. Thinking of the squad next season. Madine type meant.
We don't need a big man up front and no mentioning Nadine the big girls blouse. Normal sized quick lads is the future.
It's always good to have one big lad with a bit of attitude upfront. Good for imposing strength when needed and for nodding in headers. He would also need to be fast and a proven goalscorer.
just for the record, I'm pleased with what we now have.
Just to add to that, we are told that the recruitment list for next summer is well advanced. All we have to do now is sign them.
I don't think we do need a Madine type big guy. Bodvarsson does that job.
Maybe another mobile front man who can interchange with Charles so when he comes off knackered from pressing the back 4 we can bring someone on who can continue to harrass a now very tired defence at the end.
I wasn't expecting Simon Marland stepping down, let alone be the news of the day today.
He's deserved a rest he's been through it all over the years.

I wonder what team Evatt will put out tomorrow. He seems to be indicating changes again so we will just need to wait and see.
It will be a tough game and we need to win it to keep the momentum going.
Can we do it? Yes, we can?
One game at a time, if we keep winning the next game it'll be fine.
Sorry bit late will set today's match thread up before 2.
