Very disappointing, particularly after Wednesday. Will the real Leeds United please stand up?

Norwich and Watford wont beat a top 15 side all season, for me its between us Burnley and Brentford to join them. Norwich face Liverpool next week and Burnley face Man C, we'll be out of danger until March atleast 😅

The greatest barrister in the land couldn't make
a case for Roberts. He's fluff. Waste of time.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
His Roberts blindspot is a Bielsa's major flaw
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He has had good games, however there is a lack of consistency there and he really lacks a goal threat for both the role of a nine and ten.
I dont know, there is something about him, he could be fine elsewhere, i just wish he had something a little more to him that would allow him to get that few percentage he seems to lack...
LDL, the way people blow off even the mention of
relegation has been mystifying all season long.
We all know why we're in this mess. And we all know
the club seemingly also blew off relegation talk by
the fact they felt there was no need to recruit in Jan.
Matty, the frustration for me over Roberts is Joffy's
sitting there on the bench. He has far more about him.
And offers far more goal threat. Yet MB ignores him?
Fooking ridiculous.

Just do one! You are never on this forum when the team has done well, only when we have a bad game.
You are NOT a Leeds fan.
Bit hard for you to understand Wetherby?
Are we really banking on "there are 3 teams worse than us" ?
I am starting to think us finishing 9th last season did us no favours. It caused us to think that staying in this league is a doddle. No need to strengthen the squad we can get by with what we have and then build up the quality gradually over a few transfer windows.
This is now coming back to bite us. I just hope we get some of our big players back before it is too late
We should be OK but if we play like we did today and Bielsa continues with his eccentric use of substitutes we are going to struggle to get away from danger and then rely on other teams losing. All in all it is effing depressing... Only a win in our next match can make today's disappointment palatable.
Bigger than you'll ever be! Maidin
On Final Score, Woy was looking down and devoid of answers – Watford look a good bet to go down.
Bringing Raph off at half time is a perfectly justified decision given how bad he’s been this week. But replacing him with Roberts is where you have to question Bielsa.
Absolutely garbage from Leeds

Marcelo's belief in Roberts defies all reason - Roberts is a worker but a number 9 he isn't, and nothing he's ever done has suggested otherwise. It feels like Bielsa's stubbornness and determination not to be proved wrong is getting the better of him.

I agree and he could have played Rodrigo as the loan striker and only brought on Foreshaw beefing up the middle with James and Harrison on the wings but it's all irrelevant now, we got beat... We move on.

After today, I look at the players I wouldn't be sorry to see go in summer and sadly one of them is Raphinha. He seems like his mind is elsewhere (hmm, I wonder why...) and his performances are nowhere near what he's capable of. Others I'd willingly let go are Rodrigo (think of who we could buy with that money) and Roberts (maybe a loan spell would do him and us a favour).

Quick tip for life. Don’t base long term decisions on just the last couple of weeks.
Sound advice but I'm basing it on a season's worth of performances - certainly in the case of Rodrigo and Roberts, unless you've seen something I haven't.
To be fair Lorra, Rodrigo was a one-man team today.
I thought he was excellent. And the only hope we had.
But, I get your point, we could get something for him.
Nowhere near our outlay. But something.
