I’d pick Billy the kit man over Werner
Broja looks 10x the player
I'd have Broja over Lukaku as well
Broja looks a real player and handful for any centre back
Has to be starting for Chelsea next year

Maybe not being at Chelsea is partly what makes him look so good.

This is true. Whichever attacker we go with next season will flop.
Last season Werner really suited our style of play and had excellent chances to score almost every game which he continued to miss. So we just need to find a similar version who knows how to finish.
Broja looks a good all round player, but he's on loan because his end product isn't quite there. Even yesterday he should've had a simple assist but got it wrong. Looks a top prospect though.
You can't judge. Who was unhappy when we secured Werner given the fantastic season he had before he came to us. Or Robert Fleck or Chris Sutton. How many wanted to keep the likes his of Drogba after his first season. Look up the record of apparently pre and post Roman goal scoring wise. Who hasn't thought about what might have been if KDB or Salah had been kept and given a chance to develop, would they have?
Speculation can be fun but few of us could make the right calls given the ability to.
I just like to support what we have, future players can wit until they arrive, past players are just that though some hold fonder memories than others. The only ones that matter to me right now are the ones we have, mainly because there is nothing anyone can do about it and as for targets, you can only speculate.
If we had to choose between either player given they are both ours I'd be more concerned.

I still believe Werner can be very much an integral part of this team, I'd like to see how effective he is working off Broja, to the left, rather than playing Mount out of position there!

Given the sample size for Broja I think that is fair, however the sample size for Werner is substantial and for me he has no natural finishing ability and no goal scoring instinct. He has frightening pace and acceleration that unsettles defenders, but that on its own is not good enough for Chelsea nor the PL. Exhibit 1 would be Traore who recently left Wolves
So on the balance I think Chelsea would be wise to sell Werner in the summer and keep Broja.

Sample size? Are you talking about performance in games that they have played fir Chelsea because if so this is far, far, far from what I'm talking about.
Well I wouldn't worry as it seems quite clear Werner is off, TT keeps freezing him out the team for reasons no one can explain and he has had what half a dozen starts this season which quite frankly is ludicrous with Cuttycut back seemingly cemented a spot on the left and being inaffective most games that he plays......

Not really ludicrous, he's had injuries and covid so hasn't been available for parts of the season.
Nah he was maybe out for 6 weeks for all of that. He has been available for the majority of the season and could have easily played double the games as well as far more minutes as a sub rather than getting 5 mins here and there
