It’s astonishing what Klopp does to even keep up with City.
Pep has spent over half a billion more on his squad. Unbelievable

Already the city game has the look of when arsenal had to go to Old Trafford and win...overmars scored and arsenal won then went on to win the title.
It could be just like that
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I’d prefer it to be like when Wiltord scored at OT and Arsenal won the league haha

For so long I’ve heard many people say they don’t care if City win the title.
That is a lie.
Fans of other clubs do care. Especially Liverpool fans.
For one very obvious reason.
Anyway, City have been in this position before. What had happened in the past when City have lost a game is they have then gone on a winning run.
Great result for Liverpool today, it does keep it very interesting, but City are still in the driving seat. City, as previous years have proven, don’t give up that position easily. If at all.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You could say City are in the driving seat, or, you could say the title is back in Liverpools hands.
City have failed to win in 6 of the last 7 games they failed to score first, which must be something of a worry.
Liverpool somewhat the opposite.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not convinced Liverpool can win at the Etihad. If the game was at Anfield I would make liverpool favourites but if we drop points I think it may be at other places.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Guess you were fully convinced that you’d beat Spurs today

I did say we will struggle against United and Spurs. We haven't been great at home, particularly against good teams. We will beat Everton next week.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How does that work exactly?
"Not convinced that Liverpool can win at the Etihad"
"We haven't been great at home, particularly against good teams."
So if City have not been great at home against good teams, why do you think Liverpool can't win at the Etihad?

Trust me, if Spurs can beat City, Liverpool certainly can. 🙂
I have to say that i'm surprised city took spurs so lightly, but I SUPPOSE seeing the desperate level of ineptitude sanchez and lloris had displayed it was only natural.
Thankfully LFC were playing a bunch of much and still won resting players. City only have themselves to blame.
Think we had 6 changes to the team. Giving trent and Robbo, Fabinho deserved rests. Thiago only played 20 mins.
Roll on.
Think sadio and mo having that warm weather training for a month could be the difference while Man City players start to break down in the run in.
City looked tired vs spurs. Its no suprise pep plays pretty much the same players. Foden..sterling and Silva had no spark and defensively they looked all over.
Lets hope Everton can go at them, i dont think lampard has lost yet at goodison.
