Dalots defending is what’s actually surprised me, he’s been pretty solid. His attacking play has people hoodwinked imo, he gets into good positions often and is better at stopovers than AWB but his crossing has been just as shiyte as we’re used to.

Dalot is a bit like Shaw used to be before he really cleaned up his act in the final third and started showing consistently good end product. He progresses the ball quite well between both boxes, much better than Wan-Bissaka does but he doesn't contribute enough with his final ball in the attacking third.

If you were a fullback though, which pair would you prefer to link up with?

Our fullbacks need to cover for each other better. As much fun as it is to see both attacking - they leave themselves wide open for the counter. And out centre-backs have little pace. We're so predictable to counter - and no one at our club sees this?
