Sad to hear this, I got into leg spin bowling as kid watching Shane Warne, trying to copy his technique.

His last tweet though this morning;

Sad to hear the news that Rod Marsh has passed. He was a legend of our great game & an inspiration to so many young boys & girls. Rod cared deeply about cricket & gave so much-especially to Australia & England players. Sending lots & lots of love to Ros & the family. RIP mate.

Fck.

RIP Shane Warne

Absolutely gutted.

I have been watching test cricket since the 70s and for me personally he is the greatest player I have ever seen.

Totaly box office player who whenever he came on to bowl a spell you knew it was going to effect the game.

Made Test Cricket cool for the younger generation

He took wickets on all surfaces and all around the world, a truly great bowler.

A desperately sad day, a real tragedy.

RIP

People don’t come on the cricket page much.

There’s over 200 comments on the Will Smith/Chris Rock article though!
