So the Chinese Government is bacically backing Russia's aggression.

This would probably have happened for any political statement at this scale. China just doesnt like that. Regarding the war, they have been pretty silent, them not condoning western actions, is pretty much saying they dont like what Putin is doing, but showing support for Ukraine in China is probably a step too far.
