3 hours I guess because they've jammed in Riddler, Catwoman and Penguin?
Sounds good to me!
How does it compare to the other Batman films in terms of quality? As good as any of the Nolan films? I wouldn't expect it to be as good as TDK, but if it's as good as Batman (1989) I'd be happy.

It’s imo as good as all the other Batman movies - maybe even the Dark Knight though it’s a different type of movie. More grounded in realism alá the Joker movie.
It’s got a fair bit of action but it focuses more on Batman being an actual detective. It leans towards being a mystery, almost horror movie than an action one.
I think the best word to use is ‘gritty’. But very well done.

I like the sound of the direction they've taken it in, if it's going more for film-noir.
With Matt Reeves behind it, who already has a solid track record, I think it was always going to be good, just a question of how good.

More superhero movies.....I was only saying the other day there hasn't been enough of them made over the last 10-15 years.
Love Batman, not sure about R Pat though!
Will wait until it's available via rental.
It was visually stunning, dark and intense but something was missing....I wasn't gripped by the film or having g a great time.
It was very enjoyable and annoying at the same time. Maybe they was the point

Yeah, both were very good tbh. I’ve been a fan of Robert Pattinson’s post twilight work and he proved a lot of doubters wrong in this. Wanna see what else he does with the character going forward.

Joking apart haven’t seen a huge amount he’s been in, but have seen some Indy-ish movies like the lighthouse and he’s been in and he’s been decent in all of them.
