Under Ronaldo, he was the 2nd striker of course. But since his departure he’s finally shown us what he can do as the main goal scorer. This is a guy who’s definitely hit the potential he showed at Lyon. I remember him and Rooney being closely compared back then, and talent wise they got the same. But Benzema in his latter part of his career clearly looked after himself a lot better.

Having his best ever season at age 34. In fact like Lewandowski seems to have become better since turning 30.
If it weren't for Messi and Ronaldo being around in the last decade, Benzema would be seen as one of the superstars of this era.

Apparently not. But reality is it is a pretty disgusting crime.
He wasnt the one blackmailing him, he just said these are serious people, i can help out. Thats enough to convict in a court of law but honestly, benzema wasnt trying to get cash out of him.
