I know, seen a few challenging times as a Chelsea fan, this is just another step in the journey. For a club with no history, it's certainly kept me entertained.

To be fair it's not like we have a party every year. I expect most fans know the year they were founded but few know the actual day. I remember because it was also my brother's birthday.

No, you can never legally give anything away for free, you would have to make a transaction and that could be for a penny in theory but in reality in the case of a football club that would likely be challenged.

Actually having listened to a few snippets whilst working including a recording from talksport this morning on which the chair of some department called dcms or something who are tasked with ensuring this is managed yes I do but should it not I expect there will be movement on the restrictions that enable us to run as am independent club. The key aim is to prevent revenue going to Roman and if this can be done then the ability to sell tickets, merchandise etc. Once it is proven Roman will receive nothing from the sale of the club and that no revenue will go to Russia or Russian victims then job done.

What I can’t work out in all this is why Tottenham haven't been sanctioned as well - after all they've been owned by Chelsea for over 30 years!
