Halaand unfortunately would be great for you. The only stumbling block would be that the wages he’ll be asking for wouldn’t fit your current model.
The guy wants £600k a week and his agent wants £30m
Im not sure he's best suited to City under Pep...camped on the edge of the opposition box, he's more of a powerhouse than a technician. At least he'd give the option to put a few balls in the box but over a 5-year deal worth around £300m, you could get better value.
We know how the media works.
They could build this up until Summer then say "Haaland rejects City" even if we never made an offer.
Would be interesting to see. I don't get too excited about transfers tbh. Our recruitment has been outstanding. The club will sign who they will sign and the signings will be good. That's all you really need to know.

Torres, Grealish and Ake are just a few mistakes off the top of my head.
City are good in the market but they also make their fair share of bad decisions. All clubs do, if you can get a success rate of about 75% your doing well.

Torres sold for a huge profit, Ake is great back and Grealish hasn’t even been with us for a season yet.

Odd players to pick on there. Of course some don’t work out - Mendy a prime example. But not many.
Haaland's injury record over the past 2-3 years should be cause for concern for anyone interested in him. This season has been particularly rough on him.
Still hasn't stopped him from banging in 16 goals in 14 league games though.
I think closer to £150m+ would be closer to his actual value so yeah for £100 it would indeed be a steal.
It's not a done deal until the fat agent sings, and that guys is a money grabbing parasitic tenor, so let's see how that goes.
Would be great if he comes. I think Kane is a better fit but at price and age it makes sense to give him a miss now, would be interesting to see how Pep adapts his style will Haaland in the squad.

Once again Kam is correct. Refer to titles, medals and stats.

what a shocking response
I think of 5 worse signings the club has made that are worse that the above trio. Claudio Bravo being the worst and a few disasters when the new owners took over.
In the Pep era maybe Mendy (unlucky with injuries in my opinion) and Danilo are his 2 high prifile flops
All players improve under Pep. Grealish will be a superstar. I wasnt sure aswell but Im starting to see what plans Pep has for him.
The club wanted to keep Torres. he wasn't keen to stay and fight for his place, and Ake is a very good backup defender despite what we paid.
