I said it was a substandard game of football. I.e. very scrappy, not much free flowing play from either teams and lots of missed chances.

Doesn't mean we haven't bossed it, doesn't mean we haven't won 2-0.

After a champions league game midweek and playing 280 miles away on the early kick off, we’ve won 2-0 and probably should’ve won by a few more.

If that’s substandard then I’ll take it.

Watched it on my phone so couldn't use the thread then realised I had my iPad with me with around 15 to go

I am confused though, why are you taking such offence to what I've said?!

I agree with you entirely, solid performance, even more so in the circumstances just not a great advert for the PL.

Diaz has the work ethic of Dirk Kuyt with immense talent to back it up. Excellent signing and looking like he's already slotted right into the front 3.
