Kai: Is he the new Bergkamp?

I feel strongly that he’s the heir to Messi & Ronaldo

Best youngster in the world for me. His footballing ability is ridiculous… he just makes everything look easy.

Why would he want to be Bergkamp? Guy couldn’t even win a CL with a so called invincible team

Scored fewer goals than Che Adams this season.

Everyone knows Mbappe & Haaland are the next Ronaldo & Messi - not Havertz lol

Havertz is a better footballer than both

Take away Mbappe’s speed and he’s just ok/wouldn’t score half as much

Haaland isn’t great technically and has a poor touch

Havertz is the best of them

I love how Liverpool fans are suddenly all about stats now given how the Lampard/Gerrard arguments used to go

Which of the 3 has won the CL out of interest?

Speed is one of the most important things in football.

Regardless, Mbappe & Haaland's numbers are ridiculous, and in Mbappe's case he's single-handedly torched top teams on the biggest stage (Argentina at the World Cup, away at Bayern & Barca in the UCL last season etc.).

Havertz, but I'd be more impressed with that feat if he had scored more than 1 goal in 12 games in the UCL that season.

Let's just say he's a very good footballer, who is still only 22 and nowhere near his peak yet!

He has already achieved more than the best striker in the world, Harry Kane

Yep that's how I see him.

Berbatov's whatevas attitude, Bergkamp's touch, but quicker than both of them combined

In troubled times certain players tend to get wildly overrated (we all do it when there's a shining light in the side with problems either on or off field).

He's got loads of talent and could well become great but it's laughable to start comparing him with Mbappe or Haaland at this stage

What's crazy is they sold havertz and wirtz comes along. Hopefully his injury isn't bad cos he looks a top prospect at 18 already.

Impressive certainty.....we'll be asking for lottery numbers from you when you open up your new prediction kiosk. Unless of course the men in white overalls get to you first.

Look, Havertz is a very good player, and will no doubt always remain in Chelsea folklore for his Champions League heroics, but to compare him to Bergkamp after a few good games?

It's laughable.

Not saying better. Just a fun comparison. Relax.

Nobody will surpass the Vincibles. OK

No one has said he's better than Bergkamp at the moment, Bergkamp was the finished article when he arrived in the PL and still struggled in his 1st few months.

You said Havertz, and I quote 'Never will be as good', which is an extremely bold statement given that Havertz is still only 22 and no where near the finished article yet!

From the guys who think Drogba is overrated because of his goal stats. Obviously haven’t seen Bergkamp’s with the way they worship him.

And fun fact: Kai Havertz has a medal that no one at your club has ever or will ever have

Bergkamp wouldn't even play away because he was scared of planes

Chelsea fans understandably a little insecure at the moment. Let them be.

What is refuting lies and making valid points to do with being insecure...?
