Yeah. But I don't think anybody really thought he cared about anything but seeing Chelsea crumble did they? It's pretty bloody obvious just by the tone of his posts that's all he cares about.
He's a 70 year old Spurs fan. What has he got to look forward to realistically? Watching an increasingly irrelevant team play football in an expensive but increasingly empty stadium. Hoping against hope that he gets close to one more trophy (before Spursing it up at the final hurdle) before he pops his clogs.
You can understand the level of bitter, to be honest. He directs plenty of the anger he feels towards his own team, I'm guessing it feels better when he gets the chance to redirect some of it somewhere else.

That is the point. At the very best it is a disgusting throwaway comment made in isolation.
