Arsenal have just won the two games we thought they’d struggle in. Top four is theirs. The only way we do it is if we win every game bar the Liverpool one and beat Arsenal. Not gonna happen. We lost to Brighton and should really have lost to Villa, despite the score line. Watching this, Arsenal are so much better than us.

Goal disallowed for Ronaldo a couple inches offside…..then from nowhere Xhaka scores a worldie (with one of their players offside). Just getting all the luck today.

You’re making us favourites even though we’re three points behind and still have to play Liverpool and Arsenal? They’ve only got us left in terms of difficult fixtures. The West Ham game is between the two Frankfurt fixtures so they’ll play a second string. Aside from that, their toughest assignment is away to Newcastle who are safe and already thinking about the beach. They’re clear favourites. If they win all their remaining games, they only need a draw against us. We need to win and not drop any further points.

It’s gone as far as I’m concerned.

Yep because our game in hand is against Brentford which we should win. We’re favourites to beat Arsenal at home. Liverpool is a free hit.

I’m not saying we’re guaranteed 4th but we should still be considered favourites.

Also I don’t think everyone should be too quick to assume West Ham will pretty much ‘throw’ their game against Arsenal. Yes their focus will be on the semi finals but they’ve got a great chance of at least finishing above Utd to secure Europa League again, so they’ll still be fighting.

I’m predicting we’ll be shocked by Brentford’s pace and energy. It’s got loss written all over it. There couldn’t be a tougher time to play them.
