I love how people think us all moving to EVs is the answer.
It isn't, not without drastically ramping up supply of electricity. There are 32 million cars in the UK and only around 390,000 of those are electric.
If we increase that percentage of electric cars to 10%, where is the power coming from to charge them all?
The way it's happening now, a slow transition from ICE to electric cars, is how it needs to happen.

Maybe. But you're talking about it now. All the people on this forum are thinking about it. There's not a much better way of reaching the working class in England than through football. See all the betting ads.
