I’d heard rumours he was trying to help broker some peace between the countries. Would explain why talk of that has gone quiet. Scary stuff.

Can’t fathom why anyone would want to poison a peace delegation - even on the Russian end. Not like the wars going great for them is it? Mind you this was at the beginning of the month so maybe they assumed they would easily win the war and stop any peace deal
