It will be funny Liverpool fans desperately supporting either team in the NLD as they know a draw hands United top 4 and Harry Kane for next season. Kane's desire to join United has been obvious on the pitch recently as he wants Spurs to miss out on top 4 in favour of United. Him drawing a blank yesterday highlighted this further.

If Kane at Spurs isn't making them a threat, then Kane at United certainly won't make United a threat.

United could sign Kane if they wanted to, but I've said numerous times it would be a rubbish signing for both United and Kane.

I’m all reality would Kane want to go there though? I just can’t see it. The man wants trophies, do United stand a better chance than us - usually yes, currently - marginal at best. But United aren’t winning a league title or a Champions league in the next 5 years, so what’s the incentive for Kane?

Unless City come back in for him now he would be better off running his contract down with us and then getting a free move to Real, Juve, Bayern or City and hoover up a load of guaranteed trophies.

Strange how we have to play Burnley on Sunday at 12 noon after the NLD. Arsenal play on the Monday against Newcastle but it is what it is.

Of course they pay but the moves makes sense to what he has said in previous interviews….cheap or not I think he wants those trophies . Why else do you think he had a wobbly start of this season ….he wants city and to say otherwise is dismissing the evidence at the start of the season right in front of your eyes

He wants guaranteed trophies or to at least compete for the best ones on offer ….only city and Liverpool offer that in the prem and either transfer makes sense

He won’t go abroad in my opinion ….
