Needs to be a 3-5-2 only way I can see us having any effect on them.
the good news is that Belgrade matched them up (Braga also play 3-5-2) in a similar way and managed to beat them at home and draw in portugal.
Not overly confident, our team are running on empty just now it seems.
Ill go into it hopeful, hopefully get some sorta result to take back home.
Think this is now an entirely different proposition when compared to the situation of having a fit Morelos.
That aside, a very narrow one goal defeat tonight keeps you well in the frame.
And purely for the sake of our own title ambitions I won’t lose sleep over you progressing past this round which you should do.
Could be a tough night. Difficult place to go. The noise from behind the goal will be like a wall.
Can't see him playing with 2 up top. Keep it tight and stay in the tie I'd suspect?
If you had to choose, which would you rather win, the league or the Europa League? For argument's sake, Celtic win the EL if you win the league.
It's fair to say expectations have changed since the draw was made. Not such a racing certainty now is it?
I hope yeez can squeeze through the tie for the sake of our title ambitions though I'm not overly confident. I think they're a better side than people think and wouldn't be surprised if they prevail over the two legs.
Carvahal is out of contract in the Summer btw

we did it against Dortmund with amazing results. Pushed Kent up top with Alfredo and countered them. that formation gave us numbers at the back to be organised and allowed us to counter quickly by hitting morelos and kent quickly and them being direct.
Its how we should have lined up against celtic, Roofe is wasted playing that lone striker role
I think its the only way we can get out against them otherwise we will get pinned back and create nothing with only Roofe up top.

not that it matters but if anyone says the league over the europa then they are incredibly niave.
The odds in us winning it though are incredibly low

Would maybe have that view if we were 6 behind but don't think it makes any difference now.
Don't think any of you bhoys need concern yourselves with title ambitions, that is done and dusted. Will be a very difficult tie with Morelos
Yeah I’m not hopeful. Lord knows we need a lift though

Which is the context for me suggesting staying in the tie might be priority?
Unless GvB wants to try Angeball?
He has to go 3-5-2 or play Sakala through the middle over Roofe. Would even have Roofe on right over Aribo if he sticks with 433.
Can see the 352 though with Kent and Roofe up top. Lundstram at cb and Kamara next to Jack and Ramsey in the centre.
Jacks legs looked to have gone on Sunday, wasn't at the races at all.
Surely Sakala starts, was your one bright spark on Sunday

I am hopeful of a win but fully expecting a draw. Just feels a bit like the wheels have come off this squad.
*fully expecting to lose, I should say. They're a vastly different opponent from the Braga team we faced last time.
Think you’ll get at least a draw tonight. Wouldn’t be surprised if you win.
On the plus side McGregor is usually excellent after a howler.
I was expecting to win before Morelos got injured, but the system simply doesn’t work without him. If it’s same as weekend setup I’d see us losing

Joke that. But the only reason we care about getting in is the money.
Otherwise the teams in Europa these days are as much of a draw, and an actual chance of progressing at least
Excellent, if we don’t qualify th e regular way we can get in the past champions route
