Not one aspect of our game has improved under Rangnick. Suspect Ole would have turned things around enough to get top four and then appointed EtH and Rangnick their roles in the summer would have been preferable.

He'd have done no worse than Ralf has. Things would have turned around a little at some point. Not saying he was the answer longer term.

Ralf has been a total waste of time. I'd have probably left Carrick in charge

He arrested the slide that Ole was in. Conceding 4 against Leicester and then 4 against Watford. From December to Feb we did okay for points and somehow until tonight are still in a top 4 fight

I’m not for one second suggesting Ralf has improved us as a team but he at least slowed down the meltdown that was happening in the dark days of Ole. Him being at the club for 6 months and working out just why the squad is as bad as it is is gonna be very useful for Ten Hag.

Got a feeling Erik will hopefully mould Bruno into a better player, every flair player that’s come to this club has regressed under every manager post Fergie

I'm not anti Ralf at all.
But you talk about Ole as if he had been awful. He was the start of this season, not the two seasons before.
Everyone talks in absolutes
Ole was terrible
Ralf is terrible.
They have both had plusses and minuses

I believe we had a ridiculously easy run of fixtures after Carrick, should have done a lot better, to be honest the slide has continued all season.
