Ralf hasn't been great as manager it has to be said. Not surprising though seeing he hasn't done it for a while

Where we will benefit is that he's completely exposed how badly we need to change approach. Behind the scenes is where his strength lies and I hope we can tap into some of that expertise. If he was involved in getting Ten Hag then hopefully in less than a year we'll see the fruits of that decsion.
