Tielemans and Jesus

Seriously ?!

Both are better than what you have in their respected positions

They are easily good enough for champs league too

Who else you think you are attracting ? Mbappe?

Tielemens and partey would be a great midfield

You don’t even have a decent striker and Jesus would be a great signing

Not sure what market you think you will be shopping in even with champs league qualification but turning your nose up at these two is just weird

I’m interested to know who you think you can get if not these?

I’d love tielemens at spurs ….very gifted footballer

Worth a punt on both, but not for stupid amounts.

I'd like another outright CF option with Jesus, someone who can play alongside him or with him

Tielemens is a odd one. He looks good on the ball but without the ball he is pretty poor. Not the best at pressing and tracking runners has always been his issue. Plus he gets very tired. One of the reasons why we are not looking at him.

Who do you expect us to sign then? They would be very good signings. Not sure why you would be underwhelmed by then considering where we are as a club at the moment

Not sure about either tbh. Jesus is a good signing on paper but I’d be more interested in someone like Richarlison.

Not seen much of the Leicester player, so can’t really comment - feels like we could aim higher though.

I’d like us to go all out for Gnabry and Rice - top tier signings.

Richarlison is shieete, would cost you about £50m and would be a waste of money.

You’ve no chance of Rice or Gnabry, the first will have much better suitors and the second would be taking a huge step down to join you

Jesus playing the whole league season would be around 20 goals. So yeah why not.

Was gonna comment the same on Rice ….zero chance

City or Chelsea written all over him

Gnabry maybe …was there bad blood before though ? If not does have potential if you ask me

Rice though nah

Jesus is better than Nketiah .Tielemans although not playing that well for Leicester would still be an improvement

Yeah I agree with this

Bloke needs a consistent run up front for someone

Very good player

Looks like some (or one) Arsenal fan has forgotten where they are in the food chain ….he would be a great signing for them (I’d have him at spurs in a heartbeat)

Think he's not an amazing finisher, which is why some don't rate him. Personally I think he makes up for that with his all around game and while he might not be hugely prolific he'd get 15-20 goals as well as helping the others around him up their numbers

he's also got that engine so he can press from the front.
Would be a good FF option I reckon if priced around 8-9 mil.

I think we have a tendency to turn our noses up at premier league players because we have seen a lot of them so know what their weaknesses are and are put off. I reckon a lot of fans like the mystery of a player they know little about from another league because we don't know how good they could be.

So many people were excited about Pepe and were glad that we didn't sign Zaha as an example. A mate of mine was over the moon with Pepe and didn't even want to spend half of that fee on Zaha when we were linked with both.

With regards to Jesus and Tielemans, at 25 and 24 respectively, they are good players who would be an upgrade on areas of the pitch where we need an upgrade. Would they make us title challengers? Probably not but we aren't at the stage where and 2 players would suddenly do that.

We will probably end up with Marcus Rashford

Richarlison’s numbers aren’t great but the potential is there. He’s more dynamic than Gabriel Jesus, who seems like a role player to me, rather than a star.

Not sure what you mean by better suitors. We’ve got the clout and finances to compete with anyone.

The Kroenkes have some of the deepest pockets in pro sports, and they’ve changed their approach in recent years. Instead of being cautious and thinking about the future, we’re now going ‘all in’ and building super-teams for the here & now. This new approach led to our recent SuperBowl win.

So I can see us spending big again this summer. Gnabry is not being offered the contract he wants, we could certainly match his demands.

No bad blood, I don’t think. He still speaks positively about Arsenal.

I think Jesus would do well for you. He's a harder worker thanhe gets credit for and has a decent goals record in the CL

posted on 11/5/22

Both would be very good additions and neither would cost that much. The key thing is both have Premier League experience so would more than likely hit the ground running. You can't always guarantee that with foreign imports just look at Pepe.

Jesus is obviously better than Eddie but I'd rather sign up the academy boy and put the money towards other incomings.

Gnabry would be a brilliant signing

Jesus would suit Arsenal down to a tee. Tielemans is the kind of signing fans of football manager would like to happen.

That said, when I played fm, I always signed Kompany, and that was way back around 2005!!

Seriously though, Jesus is a player I don’t want to leave City. Always puts in a shift, teammates think the world of him, and given a consistent run in a team, has proven to produce the goods. Still young, will be relatively cheap - would be a great signing for Arsenal (bonus being he has worked with Arteta before).

Tielemans just seems crap defensively. Hope the links aren't true.
