Pretty simple for me, if you have any kind of rivalry with the team in question, either long standing, historic, or a newly formed one (City/Liverpool for example) then no I wouldn't want the them to win purely because they're British, I'd want them to lose because of said rivalry.

If it's a British side I have no ill feeling or friendly rivalry with, then I'd always want them to win. Leicester, West Ham, Rangers tonight for example were getting my support.

I don't mind Scottish clubs winning. Always harshly treated in rankings.

When it comes to English clubs, i will not support any of the big 6 (excluding us) and Everton.

I wouldn't want Liverpool or City to win. Would be less bothered by Chelsea or Arsenal winning but would prob still support the opposition. Happy enough to see Spurs do well tbh. Likewise Leicester, West Ham etc.

If Leeds were in Europe, I'd prob not want them to win and will be actively supporting Newcastle's opponents if and when they get in.

Have no great feeling either way about the Scottish teams but would be happy enough to see them win a final or beat one of the English teams I'm not so keen on

Personally would never want other English clubs to do well in Europe to be honest, although does us good for coefficient points etc. Other mates back English clubs in Europe so it’s just preference I think.

No problem with other British teams doing well, and hope Rangers get over the line for sure.

Generally would prefer rivals to go far in Europe to keep the coefficient up, and keep their squad stretched through the season, and keep the fans hopes up, then to lose in the later stages of the competitions.

Rangers tonight is a tough one.

I would support them if they hadn’t trashed my city 14 years ago like they will inevitably destroy Seville later.

I won't be supporting any top 5 league teams (and utd) in the finals. Nothing personal just would not like them to gain confidence from the win the next time we play them!
For the CL, I won't be supporting any team that has officials badmouthing us either so not really fussed... just hope its a good game of football and no cheating involved...

A most fascinating C/L final,
Old Carlo's a clever so and so and it would not surprise me to see RM ,with the gods so much in their favour against, PSG, Chelsea and Man City, beat Liverpool convincingly.
With Eintracht Frankfurt v Rangers, I go with Frankfurt, If they can give Barca a football lesson,they don't have to fear Rangers.

Definitely supporting Rangers tonight. And although I don't like Liverpool (never have and don't know why really) I do want them to win the CL.

A lot depends on who they’re playing. I’d support anyone against Atletico Madrid, for example!

Always back a English team even if I hate them. Gotta back them in my view as they are flying the flag for our league.

It is easy to support an English side if you don't have rivalry with them or if you have a soft spot for them or if they happen to be your "second" team. A concept I do not understand as a City follower supporting (and getting bullied as a kid) my local team.

I always want the British teams to win in Europe, although that excludes United. I just can't do it.

Although I did nearly jump in the air in '99 before I caught myself on but I think that was more to do with the shock of it all.

Don’t really mind who wins tonight, but I’ll edge towards rangers. West ham can fack off, so glad they got schooled by Frankfurt

Expecting a Frankfurt win but rangers I certainly lu wouldn’t write off seeing they’ve already beaten two better german sides. Tricky one to calll
