Apparently, due ‘Udders having first dibs on the choice of kit (they have chosen their deckchair stripy home one), there would be a clash of shorts if we wore our home kit too (both white). As VAR is in use, all aspects of the kit must be different. As such, unless we go ‘off-piste’ and choose to adopt red shorts for the game, we might not be in the Garibaldi for this one.

I think the 'blood & custard' third strip is the way to go. It’s actually quite fitting, as our very first game in that third strip was against ‘Udders in Sept of last year. That game is pretty much seen as the start of the season turnaround.

Also, it looks mint.

We've enjoyed some very good results in that so called third strip, I might be right in saying that it's been worn more often than the blue one?

I hope it's a good game of football with out too much gamesmanship and no fans on the pitch at the end.

Wembley Park car parking sold out for both sides....I've had to rent a car parking space on someone's driveway close to the ground for 55 quid....probably the better option actually

Can't remember if it was late eighties or early nineties but we was still at Leeds Road so pre-1994

We had a home game against Reading and guess what!...they had arrived without their kit...somehow it wasn't on the coach.....So they had to play in our away kit

I can't remember the score,but it was weird watching Town v Town

Not ‘yuk’ at all, brilliant kit, I hope we have something similar next season. Stick your boring reserve colours, go for something different.

We had a great league cup game at Leeds Road in the eighties...forest were in the top division and I'm sure it was over 2 legs?

We gave it a right go and I think the agg score was either 4-3 or 3-2 to forest

I won't have any grudges either if we lose next week

Waltz, is it official about the parking? Because I did the same, looked on the Wembley parking website and it said all sold out, so I went and paid £33 to park on someone's drive. Turns out if you use the link on towns website, it works. Unless it is all sold out now? I got my money back and now I'm officially parking in one of the Wembley car parks.

Try the link, change the date to the 29th, apply and it should take you there. Mine just did. I was originally parking in Tudor Rd North or something. Easier to escape too, but I have gone with the official parking so we can all cry together as we leave. 😭😂
