Good luck 🍀 Leeds.

For Earl and co 👍

Of a certain age, and many mates in NI are Leeds, who did not succumb to Man U or Liverpool in seventies and eighties.

That's fine as long as he realizes not selling means he better start spending. This team needs upgrades all over.

Leeds and Burnley now asking Prem/Everton to preserve data on sponsorships and transfers. This
will get ugly fast. No way Prem go against one of
their darlings. This'll end up kn court for sure.

Everton not just breaking rules, they're arrogantly
obliterating them. Having Usmanov is proof alone
that they are bent. Throw the book at them.

Brentford this season are what Leeds were last season. A breath of fresh air. I think Brentford will struggle next season, but I do hope Leeds better Burnley’s result tomorrow because it will be intriguing to see how Leeds progress next season should they stay in the PL. Leeds are a better and bigger club to have in the PL than Burnley. I’ve nothing against Burnley, and if they stay up they have done on merit, but I’d rather have Leeds in the division than them. Just a personal preference.

What do you see it as then Jonty?

All arrows point to us getting relegated.

We don't do the big occasion and its Brentford too. Anything other than relegation will be a shock. Hoping Newcastle atleast beat or hold Burnley to atleast give us the chance to do it. Excited for it as its going to be tense af, electric too. Not predicting a result, just don't know what to predict tbh. Just embarrassing that Bournemouth, Brentford and maybe Burnley will all be in a higher tier than a club with a 36k stadium and unrivaled support.

He’s clever he just says wrong on both counts.

Op said he’d sell
To 49ers if relegated.

He hasn’t actually said what he would do.

My thoughts exactly. It shows how much we are punching under our weight. If the worst happens tomorrow then we will be hosting Blackburn, Blackpool, Coventry, Luton Town etc., etc.,

I just want it all over and done with tbh. The whole season has been like a long lingering rotten smell.

i think I've got my head around probable relegation and at least we'll have a few tasty local derby's plus Sunderland, Boro, Cardiff and Millwall and we won't have to suffer the 4,5,6 and 7 embarrassing hammerings to Man U Man City, Liverpool and Uncle Tom Coble and all.

I do fear that there could be some seriously nasty crowd trouble tomorrow if we do go down which will then give the Football League ammunition to no doubt ban Leeds away fans, play a few home games behind closed doors and even deduct points.

I will probably spend the 90 minutes tomorrow doing some much needed tile work in my bathroom as I feel that by watching the events unfold live, I will jinx us as our best results this season have happened when I kept away from any live stream.

Nevertheless I shall be hoping like crazy like all Leeds fans we can experience something beautiful tomorrow and against all odds Leeds still manage to stay up.

Let's hope and pray those Neanderthals from Burnley will be sent back to the championship where they belong and a proper football club with fantastic supporters like Leeds stays up.

Main thing is - Thanks Highland for consistently producing the best thread on here.

As for tomorrow - what will be will be and we will get what we deserve.

Ditto to that, Rev, Highland is our player of the season. Honest, reliable and predictable. Until today. I’m taking your 2-1 if you don’t mind.
Burnley are on their third cup final of the week, without Lawton. If they win today against a resurgent Toon, with a resurgent Callum Wilson, they deserve to stay up.
What has happened has happened. We don’t have to worry about last week or next week. Our whole season comes down to this game. Have we got players who can handle this? Yes. If our leaders take hold of this game, we can do it. Brentford are the Leeds of last season, they have achieved more than the wildest expectations of their fans. We have the fire to steal this. Brentford are beatable at home - ask Norwich or Newcastle. Raph and Joffy to ensure our survival.
