1. Celtic 6 - 0 Dundee, 2nd league game, Kyogo hat-trick, knew then that whilst the league was still a big stretch we had a star and could see the beginnings of a system.

2. Win the league. Anything else a bonus.

Has to be battering Dortmund over 2 legs. couldnt believe it.

Need to be winning the league next season, but its hard to improve in Euro terms. Qualify for ECL, finish 3rd in group, win EL. Simple

Limiting Ross County to just 5-0 at Dens Park, no goals conceded in the last 20 minutes.

Staying in the Championship

Pumping Rangers 3-0 in the first half, then getting pumped 0-0 in the second half.

Beating Leipzig in the semi, both Lundstram goal and the final whistle would be tied for moment.

To win the league will be target. But hope is to be looking forward seeing likes of Lowry and King playing more regularly.

Must have dreamt it then 😉. Unless you mean since it changed to CL?

Played them think 1982. 2-0 win at home, I was there, lost 3-0 away

1. After seemingly ballsing up the game, Giakoumakis' winner in 3-2 game against Dundee

2. League. Always has to be priority. Closely followed by not embarrassing ourselves in Europe, would be nice

Ralston’s injury time winner at Ross County. Had been at an appointment and hadn’t seen any of the game. Listening to it on the radio on the way home, and that feeling of elation as they eventually confirmed he scored amongst the bedlam going on in the background. Liam McLeod sounded totally gutted as well, which was nice.

Would love us to retain the league next season, and hope we can have fewer injuries than we had this season.

Don’t get totally pumped in the CL would be my aspiration.

posted on 22/5/22

Haha pov - pretty much identical to what I would have put down - saves me writing it out !

Massive goal from ralston

Hope we don’t get embarrassed in cl - 3rd spot would be fantastic and winning league is top ambition for next season (as it is every season)

Foddy-just felt like one of those games that could have got away from us. Severely depleted team, losing a lead, down to 10 men-a lot going against us. We were starting to build a bit of momentum and it just felt like a big goal at the time.

Thought then if we can keep going as much as possible, get to the winter break and see what happens in the transfer window then we might be able to put a challenge in.

Only been two highlights, beating Dortmund and Leipzig. Absolutely nothing domestically.

Hopes for next season. Be better domestically. Either agree new deals with, or sell and replace, those with contracts expiring in 23. Win games in 90 minutes as 4 periods of extra time is no good for stress levels

Ah yes. Johnny Doyle's goal was a peach. McCluskey could have put us through if he'd had a left foot!

Still can't believe Ange won a Double in his transition season from an absolutely dominant Rangers team.

His signings have been fantastic too, Jota, Kyogo, Giakoumakis, MOR, CCV and Starfelt. If we get a decent left back, I reckon we can have similar success next season.

It’s a toss up between the winners away at Ross County and against Dundee. At each of those I believed we’d try drive to change what was supposedly our destiny.

Next year I’ll be more than happy with a double which includes the league but for me we must improve in Europe.

The fact you don’t see winning the Scottish Cup as a domestic highlight is a bit bizarre imo.

We failed in the league and part of that was being surprised at how well Celtic had got on with their rebuild.

You can’t ignore the facts that we had to change manager mid season.

Anyway as I said on another thread - I personally have enjoyed this season like no other. Hope, excitement, pride like no other.

Sure there was ultimately massive disappointment in the Europa. But what a journey and you couldn’t get a ciggy paper between the teams in the final. Someone had to win on pens and it wasn’t our night.

But sometimes that’s sport and that’s why I love it 👍

Then to come home and play another 120 minute cup final with virtually no prep and the funeral of a club icon in between? Come on man - you have to have real issues if you don’t consider yesterday a domestic highlight.

Hah, you mean fortunate Villa relieved you of a failing manager? GvB comes in and wins 7 or 8 on the trot stopping the rot before his own set in. Hee haw to do with it.

I don’t, but it’s because it came too soon after Wednesday night, and those feelings were all too raw. Still are even now.

I think if there had been a gap, like there was in 08, to try process Wednesday depression then I’d have been more up for it.

Definitely a problem with me, no problem with admitting that.

Ross Wilson gets a lot of hate but did very well getting Gio in quickly. Gio also done brilliantly, bar the 3-0 Celtic game, the games we lost points was nothing to do with him and were player mistakes and poor finishing.

Would’ve loved to have seen Lennon keep his job till mid season Celtic to replace him with an interim while they search months for a new manager.

Having to change manager mid season had nothing to do with our league performance?

How the fook you think you can say that with any certainty I don’t know.

Luckily I don’t care either 😂

It’s just a bit of a silly thing to say.
