Christ what a difference 12 months makes, I was o despondent with Nuno last year, now it feels as though even Levy is wanting to win trophies and doesn’t mind spending.
£25m is a good fee, not that I care, it costs me nothing. Bissouma is exactly what our midfield needs and I’m excited about what Conte can do with him.
Noises are both Spence and Eriksen are close also. If We get the striker and CB we need in addition - and that’s where the serious money will be spent, then we can start bridging some of the gap on Liverpool and City and hopefully better them in one of the cups and land a trophy, we certainly have a chance

You lot know me & my positive view on Spurs
I have always had faith that once the new stadium got into full swing then we would be a different animal.
I did not expect it to be sooo good with the extra money being pumped in.
But now we seem to be a very professional unit across the whole club - infrastructure in place, top manager in place, the structure of the off-pitch setup seems much stronger, most importantly taking Levy out of much of the football decisions and focussing on what he is so good at.
Great to have a DoF working on things full time and going into the window with deals discussed, many options explored and a clear strategy - helps when they are backed with money and have almost everything in place to attract players, inc. UCL.
Oh boy has it taken some time and there have been ups and downs but the foundations are truly there now to really push-on on the field.
I really hope Conte buys in to really building something, not just fixated on only winning immediately, but really creating a legacy - has a kinda Poch attitude rather than his more explosive in the moment emotional response.

You lot know me & my positive view on Spurs
