It doesn't matter who you were responding to, your content clearly makes a mockery of everything you claim.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
A statement not backed up by reality.
In your response to me you wrongly "assumed i was confused"
Im my response to you I wrongly assumed you didnt know the history of your club. and now you're all upset because i called you plastic. I now know you're not but your response lead me to believe you were.
Get over it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Get over what? When have I even referred to what you called me let alone shown any concern about it? I started using the original 606 pages 19 years ago almost exactly to the day. I have long ago learned that as much as I enjoy posting and occasionally having a decent discussion that this and other platforms are not worth getting emotional over.
I really don't care what you call me or think about me, it can only be based on your imagination. You can judge my behaviour and values to a degree as I can judge yours but I have no more of an idea what your experience is than you can of mine this.msking your claim to me at least, irrelevant.
At least you acknowledged you were wrong on one point though, progress possibly.

Actually I did refer to the plastic comment, but only to highlight the fact that you cannot now me, as again Iention my last post.
Well Im sorry for calling you plastic.
I like a good debate on all thing football, have knowledge in finances, property and valuation as this is my back ground, and have a tendency to feel compelled to respond to statements which i do not believe to be right.
With chelsea, i watch with interest as your current situation combines many of the things that spike my interest. I have had plenty of fall outs with Spurs fans on here disagreeing about our ownership and our finances and the reality of where we have been as a club off the pitch, which limits our ability to challenge teams like CFC on the pitch.
I find it intriguing to see where CFC go from here because despite new ownership chelsea still have to comply with FFP and, as much as Chelsea fans may not like to admit, we are pretty evenly matched financially going forward...possibly genuine on-pitch rivals.
And if that comes to pass i look forward to sparring with you all into the future, which will include a few insults and banter, but i more often than not stick to the facts, or back up my opinion.

I don't know any genuine Chelsea fans that do not believe we have to comply with FFP. I think the real discussion here is can we, and in that respect we believe we can, you clearly have doubts, time will tell.
I mean believe we can comply and still compete. Sorry rushing to get to work.
I'd say you can, but can you maintain success at the same time i think is the question
I have massive respect for proper fans, and those who go to games, those who recognise that supporting a club goes way deeper than watching them be successful and winning stuff. It's a passion, it's loyalty, it's emotion, its a love of the game. I will always have respect for people who share this common love...as long as a bit of humility is involved.
---------------------------------------------------------
What grown up football fan doesn't think like this? People like JFDI/Brummie have supported Chelsea during some of our lowest points as a club. I started supporting Chelsea in the late 90's when we started to improve. I know people who started supporting Chelsea after 2003, and all our fandom is the same. We've all got different prospectives because we've seen varying levels of success, but we all think the same.
Genuine plastics/gloryhunters are an incredibly rare breed for any club. How you fell in love with a club doesn't matter, e.g. what cemented my fandom as a kid was a defeat funnily enough, what matters is what you said but 99% of fans think like that.

I'd agree.
May be what sets some apart from others is the humility bit i talked of....and this is may be particularly relevant to some Chelsea fans who have been gifted success by a very generous owner. And some will laud this over others who have had to struggle with the realities of trying to grow and achieve success organically.
Some of the guys on here have, as you say, lived through the ups and downs and have some perspective. Others could be in their mid-30s and seen nothing but success, without having an appreciation of the realities of most other clubs who strive to achieve the same.

I'd have to disagree with you, of course 😉 Yeah my first comment was a bit of bantz and taken by some in that that way. Ongoing discussion moved from it.
Last few comments digressed further and wasn't really referring to earlier contributors/contributions.

Yes but clearly your comment set the tonez that's the point. If as you say you are all for decent discussion, maybe you should consider what conversations to join and how you join them.
what really sparked the ongoing discussion was my question about how you deal with Lukaku...so I don't think my initial bantz had much impact on the following pages of chat. But hey ho. we see things differently.

What a facking dope this bloke is. He is so deluded that he can't see that his original stupid jibe was what triggered me and others on here to iron him out.
and here he is again tonight thinking that he can come on our board and talk bollokcs and get away with it.
The rules on our board (and all the others for that matter) are quite simple are completely straightforward. If you want to come on our board and debate properly then we will accomodate you even if we don't agree with you, but if you think that you can come on our board and insult our Club for no reason then you are going to get hammered, no question about it.
I wouldn't dream of going on Tottenham's board and dissing the Club, not because I am worried about any of their posters but because you need to behave yourself and show respect to other supporters when you are on their manor. Delusionshire can consider his card is marked as far as I am concerned moving forward.

Absolutely mate, I like to give people the benefit of doubt but this one has proved he cannot be taken seriously no matter how genuine he pleads to be.
Honestly. what a precious bunch you are.....one throw away bantz comment which some dig back at with humour, while others get all triggered and it upsets them for pages. I've learned my lesson for sure, which dullards with total sense of humour failure I should keep away from.

Constant drivel is not bantz, it's as bidlg a misconception as the rest of your misconceptions.
You're either very dumb or you are extremely boring.
Don’t think anyone’s upset Devon. You comment, people reply. It’s the way the forum works. You post on basically every chelsea article some nonsense, I find it funny, you call it banter, but you can see why people would reply how they do.

We both know that your persistent, irritating sly digs are anything but 'Bantz' - 'Bantz' is something that goes on between the likes of hounslow, Genius Greaves and us and done with humour - Spurs fans that have earned that right, as we have with them!.
Your commenting is much darker than that and you're backtracking now the reality that you're crossing swords with Chelsea fans with more knowledge, experience and time done than you'd anticipated!
I'd of thought these Spurs fans would be enjoying all the entertainment at their shiny new multi entertainment facility they have been banging on about for months. Fir the last two nights I've had friends checking in and posting clips from a packed London Stadium. They after all are the only venue in London now and it must be bringing in millions.

Sums it up in a nutshell. Does this idiot really think that we are going to miss his BS if he doesn't come on our board. I couldn't give a monkeys if he avoids me as he doesn't have anything worthwhile to offer and there is certainly nothing that I can learn from him. Bye Bye.
I've learned my lesson for sure, which dullards with total sense of humour failure I should keep away from!
Good afternoon 69, I think the rough translation of that is:-
"I didn't expect to be shown up this badly, I've had my pants pulled down by this lot, so think I'll avoid them in future!!"
Sorry I shouldn't have laughed at that as I have absolutely no sense of humour!!

Bye Bye.

Good afternoon 69, I think the rough translation of that is:-
"I didn't expect to be shown up this badly, I've had my pants pulled down by this lot, so think I'll avoid them in future!!"

Sorry I shouldn't have laughed at that as I have absolutely no sense of humour!!
