I agree with what you say BUT there's no disputing that with the players he still had a available he showed his ineptitude. Poor team selections, poor substitutions, poor tactics and poor motivational skills and by all accounts the players were very unhappy with his training methods. It was also a poor decision to strip Lee Camp of the captaincy. His interviews were also embarrassing. All you got from him was "good question" and no idea how to answer what he'd been asked. I wasn't happy with his appointment but wasn't unhappy either and thought he could possibly do something with us. After a couple of months though and although our board lied to him I've seen enough to know that he wasn't the man for the job with or without the resources he had/wanted

TEG is right, I don't blame him for the slow start, it was the lack of any idea of how to improve things that concerned me. Added to that he's (obviously) a quitter and i can't stand that. As soon as he couldn't sign everyone he wanted he was trying to resign and moaning rather than managing.

The board don't get off scot free but then that's why ND quit so fair do's
