Need to see one of Elliot or Jones really grab this midfield slot. Elliot looks good on the ball but his pressing stats are not Klopp team like. Jones is the opposite but can be lacking with the ball at his feet. Elliot could be the one.

That’s the name I was looking for. Curtis had a good season, but by the same token he didn’t exactly set the world alight. No one can fault his commitment he plays his heart out, but last season, it just didn’t klick, did it?

These are the guys I want to see shine. For me, Taki should never have been let go, any more than Nat Phillips should, we are selling or trying to sell good quality players, and that shouldn’t be happening.
