Eriksen to Penited has gone quiet despite Sky jumping the gun, I wonder if we could revisit him if we can`t get our #1 AM targets such as Maddison etc.

I reckon Eriksen is biding his time and waiting to see if a CL club comes in for him, he must know he will only be joining Penited to bow down to Penaldo`s ego.

Saw him in the playoff final and was really poor. Anyone seen much of him? One for the future or think he will start?

The play off final was poor in general. Defensively he was sound in the game. Not so much in attack which are his strengths. Great talent and will be our 1st choice RWB by xmas latest imo. Perfect for Conte system and he will turn him into an absolute beast. Look at his performances v Arsenal and Leicester for judgement

There are plenty of times when Spurs wingbacks find themselves in acres of space, with the ball on the opposite flank. Decent switch of play finding them.

Someone like Spence just adds another serious threat along with the attacking 3 and LWB. Spence will benefit greatly from this, not that he's playing with better players so will improve, per se, but more that he is playing with better players who will create more space for him and also find him with better quality & vision.

At Forest, he was identified as a key threat and often the opposition looked to nullify that. We have plenty of threats to keep the opposition busy and under pressure and less able to stop players like this having an impact.

I am really excited to see him play. Hope he settles & breaks into the team quickly...assuming he signs that is!

Not sure the the price Leicester would want would warrant us buying him. I am hoping they would price us out of the deal. From the player's POV he would be better off staying at Leicester as he will get more playing minutes.

He only has 2 years left on his deal - reckon it'd be a similar fee to what we paid for richarlison

The fact that you would rather sign Lingard than Maddison is funny to me

Maddison £60m(probably the price Leicester would want) V Lingard on a free. For an option off the bench.

Both would not start every game. Lingard would provide cover for Son and Kulu. Can score goals and made an impact in a west ham team which has a similar formation to ourselves.

If Maddison does not work out we will may encouter problems in off loading him, where as with Lingard, he costs us nothing so minimal fuss.

Would rather we spent big on a CB on the same level as Romero who would start every game. Dier and Davies, for all good they were last season are upgradeable.

I can see Leglet starting ahead of Davies overtime and hopefully an upgrade on Dier or someone who can give him serious competition.

I don't care about the price, I want the best attainable players

I`ll be ENIC OUT until they either they deliver a team that regularly competes for (and wins) silverware, or they fack off.

I hope its the former, but we will see where we end up, nobody will be surprised if we are left short again without another top level CB and top level AM

I care about the price. £60m is alot to pay for a sub.

With Richarlison I can see him being included in the rotation so the money is justifed. With the AM position Conte wants to fill, it is not going to be a player who regularly starts or will be in the mix for rotation.

I think Gordan or Lingard with their skillsets would add more to Conte's system. Gordon is young but will get better.

There is something about Maddison I don't like but he did produce good stats last season.
