Average back 4, CB in midfield, attack full of players who have been terrible for ages.

Top 4 imo. Don’t think we’ll see Martinez in midfield.

Doubt that’ll be the line up, though.
Title in the bag before the World Cup after which we can give the kids a run out
Varane won’t play half our games. AWB won’t start. Martinez will play CB. De Jong won’t play level with Bruno.
4th or 5th, having a much better manager than Arsenal keeps you ahead of them. And tbh it’s a better lineup than they have anyway.

You joking? We stull have a bloated squad when you include the kids.
Spanking the likes of Liverpool is all well and good but if we concede sloppy goals like the one we did today then were in for a bit of a slog
looking at that line up, I'd feel very confident as a Spurs fan you would end comfortably below us. I'd say 6th.
The defence looks suspect, the CM looks wide open and the attackers have struggled to finish breakfast, let alone score the 50-60 goals that top attacks will get across a front 3.
With that defence we won't ever be good enough 5th or 6th again at best

Apparently ETH doesn’t like working with massive squads. But we’ll likely have a fairly big one given we’ll use quite a few youngsters for the Europa.

It needs improving, yes, but a similar defence has finished 3rd and second for us. If we’re getting Martinez, I’d say midfield is more of a concern.

When questioned earlier about his plans for Bailly (I think it was), he said something about having a large squad particularly with the World Cup to accommodate.
Nobody knows, we’ve no idea what the manager can or will get out of these players.
