How are these figures generated
Not sure where the data is gathered from. Usually a very reliable account though.

If you actually look at that table, PSG have only put £5m more in than Everton have!
That points to one of two things!
PSG are cooking the books even more than first feared or just shows how pitiful Everton really have been to spend that much money and stay up with one game to go!

If you actually look at that table, PSG have only put £5m more in than Everton have!
That points to one of two things!
PSG are cooking the books even more than first feared or just shows how pitiful Everton really have been to spend that much money and stay up with one game to go!

Why do fans care soo much about a clubs financials? Especial a rivals, I never understood the obsession.
As for United's spend from the owners or lack of it. I dont ever remember the Glazer's coming out and saying they've spent their own money or plan to do it so what is the issue? They've not committed to spending their own money and havent done it?
I would be more concern about debt going up and the overall running of the club as a United fan rather than what the Glazer are or are not spending.

Fair point, I should have made it clearer and read better. I was talking about United's owners spending their own money or not. I would be less concerned about that than them running the club into the ground via debt etc.
I don't personally believe spending vast amounts of money will get United back to the top. They've signed some absolute top top players since SAF left and not a single one was a noteworthy success. So maybe them saying here's 5bn of our own money go spend it wouldn't amount to much anyway.
