At the caravan in Castlerock and see the local pitch looking in great condition.
Unfortunately work Mondays to Wednesday's and will miss most of the games.
One of the best junior competitions in world football the list of players is impressive.
Harry Kane, Sergio Busquets, Matt's Hummels, Ryan Giggs, Robbie Fowler to name a few others.

Ah. I played in that in the 90s. Some great teams from all over. United especially always sent some great teams over. Remember Russia tried it on a few times with player ages, trying to enter their teams into lower age groups.

I think the Ghanaian side Right to Dream have been very very strong in recent editions. They're affiliated with City now too.
Incidentally, a fella from my year at school (Jonathan McKinstry) used to coach them. He's gone on to coach Sierra Leone, Rwanda, Uganda and a few others. He's actually managed teams ranked higher than Norn Iron at times, which is pretty amazing stuff for a guy from Lisburn with no footballing background who went out to Africa and took a chance.
Maybe he could come back home and take the reins after Baraclough?

Anybody but Baraclough for me even if it's somebody from Lisburn
I remember watching a Milk Cup game between Man United and Northern Ireland about 5 or 6 years ago. Kind of a dream match for somebody with my allegiances. There was a young 15 year old fella absolutely tore it up and scored the winner for for United with a mazy dribble and beautiful chip (if memory serves me correctly).
I remember being convinced after that he'd make it to the first team and followed his progress closely. He was playing in the first team within a few years, having roared through the youth teams. The unfortunately unhappy ending to this story is that it was Mason Greenwood 😓. Such a waste of unbelievable talent but all his own doing

I'd say so. Not sure how I feel about that tbh. He's done well with Linfield - but it's Linfield! Also, he's less than media friendly which could cause him problems when results aren't going well. Having said that, I'm not seeing any better options out there
