Why not WHL? Doesn’t the footprint overlap the old stadium?
Always be WHL to me, whatever they name it.

I think it’s more that the club could get £50m a year for naming rights which would help bridge gaps
We seem to have money at the moment so not too bothered about the naming rights deal for now, and as long as they don’t name it the Tampax stadium or something should be okay. Think most fans will continue to call it White Hart Lane anyway.
Nike Hart Lane was a great idea a couple of years ago.

Sandy Brown International stadium
it is still actively being worked on by the club's commercial teams
With the recent ENIC cash injection, anyone else think the future naming right deal might be delayed until next season?
There is no rush from a financial perspective and you would think it would be better to start a new long term partnership at the start of the season. Yes there are only a few weeks until the season but it is cutting it fine.

not intentionally. right now we have conte, we just qualified for CL, we have made good signings.... we have just had concerts at the stadium and are having more this week, and have the NFL coming again soon..... currently the club is probably at the most attractive commercial position its ever been, so makes sense to get commercial deals done while it is still the case... a poor start to next season and suddenly we dont seem quite as attractive...
Think what Spurs have done by not getting a name sponsor straight away is great. Once your actual stadium name has had a few years to become settled then whatever it's renamed to will feel temporary.
For us (Arsenal) our stadium is basically just an advert and the actual name is barely recognised by many of our supporters let alone the rest of the footballing world

But you just said 'the actual name is barely recognised'.. the actual name is the Emirates stadium. You need to reread it yourself.
