Maybe he's realised he doesn't have any other choice. Probably should have got Mendes to actually see if anyone was interested before making it public that he wants out.
Sounds like the squad have bonded quite well on tour and like what they see with EtH. Lets hope Ronaldo doesn't sulk and ruin any good work by causing a stink.
Probably staying. Can't see anyone buying him that he will be happy to go to.
I think if we receive a decent offer we won't stand in his way. I don't see that happening though
Bloke’s been rejected more than Chelsea this summer.
Martial and Ronaldo are going to form a deadly two-pronged attack, fuelled by their resentment at not being able to leave United. With De Jong spraying through balls drenched in his devastation at being forced out of Barça, we’ll be irresistible going forward.

Back up by Maguire, roundly booed every time he touches the ball
Read earlier he's been talking with 'senior figures' who are persuading him to stay. Probably start of the PR drive to get back in favour.
Could work in Ten Hag's favour this though. He can stamp his authority by leaving him out from time to time and that sends a message to all the squad.
You would think with the world cup only a few months away he would be better off staying put.

He could be playing for Accrington Stanley and he’d still play in the World Cup
I'd imagine he'll stay in a marriage of total inconvenience to all parties. Having said that, I don't know who we'd replace him with or if our top notch transfer team would even get a suitable replacement in anyway, so him staying maybe won't be such a bad thing

If ten hag doesn't want to play him every single game that would be to his benefit and he can manage himself till quatar kicks off

Depends what people consider a suitable replacement. There aren’t many on the market that can score the goals he can, but we could bring in someone that better compliments the players we already have.

Doesn’t Ten Hag have you playing a hard press from the front
I think all the mive talk is bull. Its mote lucky that the anti vaccination stance was the main reason he didn't travel, and telling the truth would have caused a big public outcry and had impact on sponsors (personal and club). Now that the tour squad are back he is flying To England to join in the rest of pre-season.

Could be useful against teams who are sitting in against us. Pressing isn't really of paramount importance on such occasions. I don't think he should be starting too often if he does stay.

I wondered that myself but noted that Australia ended it's vaccination requirements about three weeks ago so unlikely to be that reason.
One thing I would say though is that if he plays, he'll give 100%.
On a side note Arab, calling him “Cristy” is a bit cringe.
Hope stay if stay leave if leave never seen play
