Maybe the king had more family issues.
I don't think there's any doubt he's leaving. He'd join Sporting to play in CL over staying with us no doubt even if he dreamt of a bigger club coming in for him.
Let him go. The circus isn't worth it.
We don’t know the full story here but if it was a move to undermine the manager he shouldn’t play for us again.

Not often you and I agree on anything but we do on this.
If it was for the 'family reasons' that has kept him away for pre-season training, then you'd think the situation would have been serious enough for him to not play in the first place.
Not a great look but personally think Manager is managing this very well. This is not the Ronaldo show, let him do this stuff, ETH will dictate who plays and who doesn't that I am very sure.
He clearly has no interest in making this the Ronaldo show and us fans should not either

Not true. We agree on a lot of things. Another example of this is our midfied being shocking and has needed surgery for years.
It's okay to disagree on things though.

Probably another family issue.
May b he hadda pointment 4 a oil chain-j?
He turned up to training weeks later than everyone else and brought his agent with him. I don't think any more needs saying really. He doesn't want to be here so keeping him will be an utter disaster for ETH.

He went off after 45 mins in a friendly, is this even a story.
Personally I think he will leave but if it’s a deadline day deal and we haven’t replaced him then we will be woefully weak up front that worries me far more than his clocking off time.

You say that, but we are often proved wrong with player power. ETH could find himself on the receiving end of things don’t go well.
Not a good look for him to be fair but he's apparently been dealing with some family issues so we don't know why he had to leave a bit early
Cristiano Ronaldo and other #mufc players in the director's box left the match early which was sanctioned by Ten Hag, reportedly to beat the traffic and crowds.
Players in the director's box (Bruno, De Gea, Dalot, Martial and more) all left on the 75th minute.
The United Stand
Still seems a bit odd that a player playing the first half 'was allowed to leave early'.

Good head?
Whether he was allowed to leave early today or not (Jamie Jackson saying there's been no club confirmation yet) he still turned up to training nearly 3 weeks after everyone else and he did so with his bleeding agent.
If he wants out so badly then trying to keep him could go disastrously for us and Erik. I still think he might leave before the window.
