Next three games we should hopefully start to see a few things click. Have to wonder whether Bruno survives if we don't pick up a good amount of points in those.
Bruno is gradually putting together his team and I doubt Fosun are remotely looking for a replacement. More patience needed old bean.
Just being realistic. A lot of talk they looked to upgrade in the summer which i think is believable.
10 games without a win now and after the next three we have a very tough four game run.
3 wins in 17 is it? We sacked mick for 3 wins in 23.
Have to say that defensively we look pretty decent though. Thought it would take time to settle into a back four. Semedo for Jonny and i think we improve further.
Podence doesn't work in a front three for me. Pretty sure he will be out next week. Moutinho looked good and you could see the confidence knocking thw ball around in midfield.
Wonder what we will see in the cup game, normally i would play fringe but think maybe we need to get some cohesion going so wouldn't change much personally
If we go into September with one point from fifteen, there isn’t a remote chance that Fosun won’t be looking at Bruno’s position ole’ bean 👍
Get yourself back to bed wolfie, 4.30am starts don’t suit you
7.30am kick of for me. Never heard of time zones, obviously, smart ass.
Still too early though! Obvs
4.30 for me. Went back to bed for an hour after.

Perisic was great today, I am one of Sessegnon,s favourite fan’s but I though Perisic was MOTM. Conte Needs to change his tactics if we are other run in midfield.
Just had a quick look at the league table
Not worth looking at league tables til about ten games in.
Our lack of squad meant it was going to be a 35 game or less season. We will be fine but it may have cost us top seven by the end. We shall see.
Forest bid for Boly apparently. Percy also reported it
Plenty of positives today as we looked to have as much quality as Spurs in most areas of the pitch. We took the game to them throughout the first half but rarely looked like scoring, with Nunes coming closest.
It was inevitable Spurs would improve after the break and they bossed the second half but we remained solid and many teams will concede more than one to Spurs this season. Just a shame Collins lost Kane for the goal.
Similar to last season where we played well in the opening three games but couldn’t turn that into points and until we add goal scorers to the frontline that ain’t going to change
Much as i agree we lack proper goalscorers i also don't think we create really great quality chances either. Looking at the stats you would think we peppered their goal but I can't think of too many gilt edged chances really.
Podence in the false nine seemed odd as well.
Being a proper goalscorer isn’t just about the final act of putting the ball in the net, it’s about getting into the positions to have chances. And our forwards don’t.
We have excellent creative players now in Neves, Nunes, Neto and Guedes but who are they supposed to create chances for. Podence, Hwang, Jimenez since his injury, they don’t get into the scoring positions that the top scorers like Kane, Vardy, Salah, Haaland get into. How can you create scoring chances for players that don’t get into scoring positions
Yeah fair enough. Also we don't occupy the CBs much without Jimenez currently.
Until we get a top quality striker, Jimenez needs to put pressure on the opponents CB's. He's guilty of wandering off and leaving no one in the box. We now have enough creative players to feed him with through balls and crosses. He just needs to concentrate on staying in and around the box.
Disappointed with Neto today as well, worked hard covering Jonny but couldn't cross anything. Not sure I like him on the side either but presumably Guedes is strong on the other so will be interesting to see how that plays out.
Happy to keep Traore at this stage given his value is mostly shot as well. He can have an impact from the bench.
Where's Halfy by the way. Is he OK?
He dropped in a couple of times last week.
Preston could be a cracker, so far this season they have drawn 0-0 four times and won 1-0 once
