The article on LFC board clearly said Suarez COULD turn out to be as good or better those on your list.
On a serious note FIFA should rate Suarez goalkeeping skill higher than Green. Suarez made more important saves last world cup.

i think from the list in the article of the players better than Louis Suarez, it's quite clear he won't become one of the best ever Premiership players.
