If you read carefully, I didn't say it wasn't a foul
Yeah but you made out it was. Get over it you got battered.
There's also no doubt that if Man Utd had scored that goal we all know it would have been allowed 🤷♂️
Contrary to popular belief on here and the conspiracy theorists, we have actually had goals ruled out due to VAR, and had goals given harshly when we’ve thought VAR would rule them out.

“Clear foul” and Salford Tierney had to view from about 8 angles to make up his mind.
If Manu scored that goal, it would have stood. No question!
Clear foul, the ref gave a similar one (and rightly so) early in the game when McTominay shoved Martinelli.
Surprised he let the one on Eriksen go initially seeing as he was stood nearby and clearly saw it.
Disappointing that it took the var to correct him. It was a simple decision for the type of challenge he'd already deemed a foul.
It wasn’t a foul, it wasn’t given as a foul, but the VAR people did it for entertainment or panicked or something

They didn't get battered, they got beat, played well but Utd took their chances and I'm glad of that, the VAR call was correct imo, pretty sure if it was reversed the Gooners would have wanted it called?
It was brought in to help eliminate bad decisions

Wrong. The true reason it was brought in was so games could be fixed.

The operative phase with regards to VAR intervening is “clear and obvious error”
How was that a clear and obvious error?

It wasn't a clear and obvious error though, Eriksen was under pressure with no where to go and went down easily. If it was any other situation nobody would have cried the ref made a mistake letting that go.
You have to wonder why neither the ref nor the var let the borderline red card challenge on Fernandes go without punishment.

You also have to wonder why VAR didn't intervene for the push on Saka in the box just like it did for Eriksen...

It was a clear and obvious error though. It was a foul. Odegaard pushed Eriksen over.
Like I said, the ref had already deemed this type of challenge a foul when McTominay pushed Martinelli, therefore it was an error for him to not then judge the Odegaard challenge on Eriksen a foul.
Consistency. Shame the ref didn't show any and had to be corrected by var.
It was nothing like the Mctom foul on martinelli. Mctom literally had 2 hands on his back and pushed him when the ball was going on of play.
Ode was putting pressure on Ericksen who went down on a tiny bit of contact. Was probably just a foul if I'm honest.
But then the game before we had the Villa player hold our gk down and nothing was given apart from a villa goal.
Arsenal fans crying because they don’t know what a foul is
Oh it’s good to support United these days. Spurs and Arsenal crying whilst Scousers grow scared because they know we’re coming back as their team gets old.
VAR gave Arsenal a very soft penalty last year in the match at Emirates. Can't remember Arsenal fans complaint about that

Enjoy while it lasts but VAR won't save you in every game lol
Look at the penalty last year, Telles didn't even put his hand on Saka. Also their last goal should have been offside as block De Gea's view
For our first goal, yes it was probably a foul (a soft one)
