Could do something else like this though:

Navas + Dembele
Robinho is very versatile and has plenty of attacking threat. He has plenty o positions to work his magic in different areas so you are never short with him.
Motta quality DM with plenty of experience Internationally and at club level. A very good player and a tackler.
So you could always play something like this:
---------------------Parker----------------Motta---------------------
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------Dempsey------------------------------
--------Robinho-----------------------------------------Turan------
---------------------------------Jelavic--------------------------------
That gives you a stronger DM area and a stronger midfield. Not all that defensive with Dempsey charging forward and the 2 wingers providing the width and if Turan gets injured Robinho can go LW with RW replacement.
