Not much chat-although it’s mentioned here-about our penalty shout for the Abada incident? Also though there was a push on GG when he went for a header in the first half. What does Lundstrum have to do to get booked as well?!
Goldson was lucky with that elbow on Jota-compliance officer can do something useful before he bows out…
if you give Rangers the ball against good teams they struggle
they do their best work off the ball and on the counter
if they don't win on Saturday the leagues over
If celtic can run over the top of us at celtic Park it's going to be a proper hoot heading to anfield.
They not at top speed yet but capable in our form of doing a bournemouth to us 😀
McLaughlin better than McGregor.
What were our manager and fans smoking ffs. If the cant is still in goals on Wednesday I'll be fuming. The experiment has failed, get our goalkeeping legend back in.
It will be an interesting watch tomorrow seeing how world class teams approach celtics fast start.
Will madrid think, arrogant lot this are let's show them or will it rattle them for 20 mins before they think booger this.
Fair play as ange has said he will not change so if they do go down they will go down swinging.
Another thing about sat result, none of us lot can give it the smirk no matter the result 😀
i got "meh meh mehs" last week for saying that rangers home form was their strength in europe and that away from home the weren't winning matches, which is fine because a draw away from home is a good result in europe imo.
it was to counter fash's opinion that they turn up in big games so would get 3 points at CP, they don't have a record of taking wins away in big games right now, despite 2 good away results in europe.
Abada is 100% a penalty, can't see why anyone would argue otherwise, he's on the ball and about to pull the trigger when kent impedes him.
McGregor was throwing them in left right and centre last season in the league
Rangers are having their Barkas and Bain moment
I think we'll get chances tomorrow night but we'll still lose 3-1 maybe
i don't think mcgregor lets that first goal in mate, or the fourth for that matter.
it's difficult to replace a great goalkeeper, you really need a bit of luck.
we spent 5 million on Barkas and he's phish and we could have got Hart for peanuts.
it's also a position that you don't really want to spent money on, it's not $exy.
people are forgetting that McGregor was one of the reasons they lost the league last season, he got brought on to say goodbye in the scottish cup final
No idea what Rangers are up to in that area, it's as clear as day they needed a new keeper
Zander Clark would have been a better option than McLaughlin.
fooled into thinking he was decent by the covid season...

Is that 3 away league games this season for rangers now? A scrappy 2-1 against Livingston, 2-2 against Hibs and 4-0 defeat to us?
Mad Stevie on the live thread btw.
deluded mate
O'Neils first season is my favourite Celtic season ever, i'd only ever known Rangers dominance growing up so when he came in and we smashed rangers 6-2 and won a treble i was in dreamland.
This is the best team since then by a mile, and its the most enjoyable Celtic seem i've ever had the pleasure of watching.

Cue 0-7 tomorrow
Kyogo spotted in training.
Guess he just 5hat it on Saturday then…
we'll likely take a beating tomorrow, we're playing the best mate and we're pretty open at the back.
i don't care, i really don't couple of stinkers against real as an exchange for how we play every week?
take.
The board of the SPFL will hold emergency talks after a new £30million a year broadcasting agreement between Sky Sports and the SPFL was thrown into doubt.
Granted 28 days to vote on a resolution recommending an extension to the current contract 12 clubs from the Scottish Premiership were also asked to provide a letter of waiver agreeing to let Sky increase the number of home games they show from each ground each season from four to five.
While eleven top flight clubs agreed to the request by the deadline of midnight on Sunday the league received no response from Rangers and the resolution collapsed.
Under the terms of the proposed agreement the broadcaster would be entitled to increase the maximum number of games they show from 48 to 60 a season from season 2024/25. In return Sky are prepared to increase annual payments to Premiership clubs from the current figure of £25million to £30m by season 2028/29.
The broadcasters have also secured first refusal on two additional bundles of 10 games at a cost of £4million each from 2024/25. Exercise that option and coverage of Scotland’s top flight could increase to 80 games a season, with clubs raking in a total of £38million per annum.
An issue which would normally require an 8-4 majority of Premiership clubs, all 12 clubs were required to grant their consent to the change of rule on how many games Sky could show from every stadium. Despite broad support for the deal at a meeting on clubs on August 5, the resolution failed to garner the necessary support and failed.
Privately Rangers are believed to harbour concerns over the league’s reluctance to put the broadcasting contract out to tender to invite higher offers.
The board of the SPFL will now hold emergency talks to consider their next move. An attempt to change of rules to force the controversial Sky deal through at the second attempt is one option on the table. While that would only require an 11-1 majority from Premiership clubs all 42 senior clubs in the SPFL pyramid would be required to vote on the matter.
Currently in dispute with the league hierachy over a controversial sponsorship deal with online car firm cinch, the Ibrox side want a meeting with other Premiership clubs to highlight their concerns over the issue.
And in a late attempt to persuade the Rangers board to provide a letter of waiver and salvage the Sky deal Sportsmail understands that SPFL Chairman Murdoch MacLennan offered to convene a summit later this month.
Citing persistent concerns over corporate governance within the league the Europa League finalists called for the resignation of MacLennan, Chief Executive Neil Doncaster, and legal advisor Rod MacKenzie in April 2020 and that stance has not changed.
Last year Rangers Managing Director Stewart Robertson suggested that rights to the national game had been ‘undersold.’ And any new vote by clubs over the Sky deal is likely now to become a de facto vote of confidence in the league office bearers.
I think it'll be similar to the Bayern game under Rodgers
Madrid don't suffocate you as much as City/Liverpool/Barca/PSG
a lot more direct

Plus sky do nothing to promote our game anyway.
Tell them to bolt.
