Champions League, either having a or crying into our beer, let’s find out!
Complete unknown for me, we just don’t know how seriously Conte will treat this.
Part of me hopes we finish third as I think we can win the Europa, whereas I think it’s quarters at best in the CL.
Think this particular game will be very scrappy and we will Nick a 1-0
Conte has to take it seriously
If he doesn’t the players will think what’s the point in qualifying for it.
I don’t think this group will be as easy as people think but hope we perform well enough to progress.
Conte has got to stop moaning about the fixtures as well, the World Cup is going to make the schedule more intense for all the teams playing European football.
I’m looking forward to being there tonight and expect a great atmosphere

Why would he not treat it seriously?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He has an abysmal record in this competition, although the Europa quality of the group might force him to take it semi seriously this time.
I actually think Marseille will be the toughest opponent, Sporting aren’t very good these days and Frankfurt finished 9th in the German league.
Still think finishing 3rd could set us up for a trophy this season
I really don’t think you can aim to finish third?
Like in all competitions, aim to win every or as many games as possible and see where it takes you.

Scandalous, we have a cost of living crisis and they want £250 to watch 3 home games.
I hope we are practically empty and Levy gets the hint

Yes, but I think some of our fans will be surprised as I suspect Conte will rotate quite heavily in this competition. Who can blame him, even a draw of Saturday would leave us in a strong position with a few very tough away days behind us.

I'm unable to go but hope the place is rocking.
They have kept 3 clean sheet in their last 3 matches and play the same formation as us. Should be a tight game.

I’ve got two boys: 4 and 7. Their birthdays are both in the first week of October and we usually get them the kit for presents. We asked my old dears to get them this year for their present.
They phoned last night saying that all-in, their looking at £180 with a number on the back! The kids full kit is £55 which I think is fair. But the 8 year old needs a “youth” kit, which you have to buy all parts separately: shirt £60, shorts £33 and socks £17. I think that is ridiculous. Imagine how much they’re making on all that! More than enough to buy a decent RWB ffs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You can get the whole lot for £18 each on DHgate - they are of course knock offs but I know people who do this and honestly I can’t tell the difference with the real thing. I collect the away and third shirts so only ever buy genuine for myself, but at the end of the season when it’s nearer £40.
Think OM are the other best side of the group. They have a rich European story, going back years and their fans are crazy! If we get 1-0 win, that should be good to go.
Btw feels good to be back in this competition. COYS!!

wb and enjoy. Means tricky games come thick and fast, but it is great to have the opportunity to see your team compete with the best of Europe.
Think Conte will go for it tonight - can't afford to let the early games slide, just stores up problems down the line.

To be honest, win tonight and I think we are as good as through as Sporting and Frankfurt should be dispatched fairly comfortably at home.
We should get a minimum of 2 points away to Frankfurt and Sporting also. Marseille away I think is a nailed on loss.
11 points should see us through
